Notes on documents

If you have a school leaving certificate from Greece, you will need to submit the following documents:

• Your final certificate (“Apolytirio“)
• Official confirmation from the Greek Ministry of Education that you have sat the Greek university entrance examination ("Panelladikes eksetaseis“), including all examination results and the overall mark achieved (if you sat the examination in 2021 or earlier).

Notes on translations

Since there are no sworn translators in Greece, we accept translations from:

• Lawyers
• Translators who are approved by a Greek court
• Translators who are approved by a Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Members of the Panhellenic Association of Professional Translators (PEM)
• Members of the Panhellenic Association of Professional Translators Graduates of the Ionian University (PEEMPIP)
• The Translation Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic
• The German-Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce (these must be certified translations)

If your certificates were issued in Greek, please submit them in the original language as well as in a German or English translation.
