Notes on documents

Please send us the following documents in the original language and in German or English translation.

If you hold a degree from a university, you will need to submit the following documents:

• Your Diploma certificate
• Diploma Supplement 

Certificates that were issued in English are not sufficient on their own. We also need the certificates which were issued in the original language.

If you have a school leaving certificate from Kosovo attained in 2015 or earlier, you will need to submit the following documents:

• Your secondary school leaving certificate
• All annual school reports of the secondary school (three or four years)

If you received your school leaving certificate ("Diplome per kryerjen e shkolles se mesme te larte – gjimnazit / diploma o zvrsenoj visoj srednjoj skoli – gimnaziji“) in 2016 or later, you wil need to submit the following documents:

• Your secondary school leaving certificate
• All annual school reports of the secondary school (three or four years)
• Your certification of qualification for university entrance ("Certificatë Matura Shtetërore")

If you have a temporary certificate attesting the completion of your studies, we can only accept this certificate for a maximum of 12 months after your graduation.
