Office hours
Our regular office hours at our office in Berlin-Charlottenburg are from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We regret that we are not entitled to offer any academic counselling; we can only answer questions that are related to the uni-assist pre-check of your application.
(With regard to degree programs, the range of courses and admission requirements, please enquire directly at the university of your choice!)
Should you wish to hand in your documents in person, please note that we cannot check any part of your application right away. The pre-check is a complex process that cannot be completed during office hours, but will be undertaken independently with due diligence.
